Maayaiyai Pazhithal! ( மாயையை பழித்தல்!)

This poem has been addressed to Maya - the Goddess of Illusions.

உண்மை அறிந்தவர் உன்னை கணிப்பாரோ?

மாயையே - மன 

திண்மை உள்ளாரை நீ செய்வதும் 

ஒன்றுண்டோ! - மாயையே!

UNmai aRindhavar unnai kaNippaaro?

ThiNmai uLLaarai Nee seivadhum

OndruNdO! - Maayaiye!

[Will you (Maya) be appraised by men who are aware of the eternal truth?
What can be done by you to those who have the internal strength?]

எத்தனை கோடி படை கொண்டு வந்தாலும்
மாயையே - நீ
சித்ததெளிவு எனும் தீயின் முன்
நிற்பாயோ! - மாயையே!

SithatheLivu enum theeyin mun

NiRpaayO! - Maayaiye!

[Even when you're able to gather countless troops on your side - 
You don't stand a chance against the fierce and clear mind!]

What can you do to the brave heart that has realized the falsehood of this body?!]

ஒருமை கண்டார் முன்னம் ஓடாது
நிற்பையோ? - மாயையே!

NiRpaiyo? - Maayaiye!

[Where will you go insignificant Maya, when the enclosing darkness has shifted?
Can you stand boldly in front of people who are clear and united?]

நாய் தர கொள்ளுமோ - நல்ல
அரசாட்சியை - மாயையே!

Arasaatchiyai - Maayaiye!

[Will I regard the delight given by you to be fair - 
Will the lion receive kingship when it's offered by a dog!]

[I'm capable of kicking you off  with my desire, Maya!

தோர்ந்தனன் மாயையே! - உந்தன்
போர்க்கு அஞ்சுவேனோ பொடியாக்குவேன்
